Do I still need a duvet cover?
No. The cover is part of the duvet and goes in the wash with it. All you need is a fitted sheet on the mattress.
Will it fit in my washing machine?
Yes: a 7 kg machine is enough for the 135 × 200 cm, 8 kg for the 200 × 200 cm and 10 kg for the 220 × 240 cm. Otherwise, a launderette will do it in 45 minutes.
Does it take long to dry?
Allow about 1.5 hours in the tumble dryer on low, 4 to 6 hours air-drying in summer and 8 to 10 hours in winter. Two or three dryer balls in the drum speed things up and keep it lofty.
Is it warm enough for winter?
It's a medium-warmth, all-season duvet, made for a normally heated bedroom. If you feel the cold, add a throw on top.
Won't it lose its shape in the wash?
No: the filling is box-stitched, so it stays evenly spread. Give it a shake after drying and it springs back to full volume. And if it does lose its shape, the 2-year guarantee replaces it.
